Terms and conditions for using Supreme Gas services
By accessing and using the services of Supreme Gas ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
Supreme Gas provides LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) cylinder delivery, exchange, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Lahore and surrounding areas. Our services include:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you.
When placing an order for LPG cylinders or related services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
All prices for our products and services are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods, including cash on delivery, online payments, bank transfers, and digital wallets.
Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We reserve the right to collect interest on late payments at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
We offer delivery services to specified areas within Lahore and surrounding regions. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery.
For home deliveries, someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available at the time of delivery, we may attempt to redeliver at a later time, subject to additional delivery fees.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is safe and accessible for our delivery personnel. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations that our delivery personnel deem unsafe or inaccessible.
LPG is a flammable gas and can be dangerous if not handled properly. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with LPG and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by us and by regulatory authorities.
You are responsible for the safe storage, handling, and use of LPG cylinders once they have been delivered to you. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from your misuse or mishandling of LPG cylinders.
If you suspect a gas leak or other safety issue, you must immediately contact our emergency helpline and follow all safety instructions provided.
All LPG cylinders provided by Supreme Gas remain our property. You are granted the right to use the cylinder for the duration of the gas supply. When the cylinder is empty, you must return it to us in exchange for a full cylinder.
You are responsible for the safekeeping of the cylinder while it is in your possession. Lost, stolen, or damaged cylinders may be subject to replacement fees as determined by us.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange cylinders that are damaged, expired, or not originally supplied by us.
You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:
Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, graphics, text, photographs, and videos on the Service (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Service "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Service and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SERVICE AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE, (3) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Service; (2) breach of these Terms or any referenced policy or guideline; (3) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (4) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
